“The Facial of the Heart” Retreat is based on chapter 3. This anointed and interactive retreat is already touching countries and lives as far away as Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico and recently Nicaragua. “The Facial of the Heart” is also being used throughout the United States in small and large retreat settings for women of all ages. We are all in need of a touch from the Lord in areas of our soul that have been wounded by society, loved ones and even ourselves. Our ministry team is able to minister to other women, with the help of the Holy Spirit, the message of love and acceptance of the Father into their lives. Our heart is to see the Lord touch the deep places that have been hidden within the hearts of these ladies over the course of many years.
The "Retreat" includes ministering of the Word of God both before and after the actual "Facial" event. Sherilyn will lead the ladies through an interactive facial with words of love, encouragement and healing all the while soothing music is playing in the background. Our purpose is to have the ladies who attend our retreats receive healing in their hearts so that when they leave feel as if they spent the day with the Father Himself. Our focus is to help these ladies overcome the past hurts and go forth stronger and more secure in their relationship with the Lord.
Many women have testified that after the “Facial of the Heart” they felt "spiritually clean" for the first time in their life. Ps. 51:10...Create in me a clean heart, Oh God; and renew a right spirit within me.
Locally, Sherilyn works with a team of trained women who minister to the ladies throughout this event. If your church is out of state, Sherilyn and 1 assistant will come a day early and prepare a team of your “spirit-led” members to be available to minister with them during the actual "Facial" event. Those ministers will experience the "Facial" the day before so they will not miss out on this experience. This retreat can bring to the surface emotional issues and these spirit-led members will work along side Sherilyn.
Our retreats leave those in attendance with a refreshed commitment to the Lord and a renewed and cleansed heart.
